1. Rent is due on or before the 1st day of the month. Rent is payable on-line for a service fee of $2.00 or make checks payable to Brian McDeid and mail to 3265 Rt. 31 Weedsport, NY 13166. There are no invoice/bills sent out. Timely payment is the tenants responsibility. A $10.00 late charge will be assessed if rent is not received 5 days after the rent is due. 

2. Move-outs on or after the 15th day of rent due will be charged a full month rent. Early move-outs will be pro-rated. 

3. It is the tenant's responsibility to insure their property.

4. Tenants are to supply their own lock. (Only one allowed on door).

5. Tenants are not to store hazardous waste, illegal or flammable substances, food items, etc. Units are for passive storage only.

6. Tenant may not alter a unit in any way. Damage to units will be charged to the tenant.

7. No animals allowed on premises. No children children running, playing or unsupervised on premises. Moving vehicles provide a serious hazard.

8. No drugs or alcohol allowed on premises or in unit.

9. Tenant understands Brian McDeid has a lien on property and goods for payment of fees due and may sell same with proper notice.

Micellaneous fees:
- $25.00 cleaning fee is unit is left dirty
- $15.00 Pre-Lien after 20 days late
- $15.00 Lien (Final Foreclosure Notice) after 30 days late
- $35.00 NSF (Returned Check) Fee
- $50.00 Inventory and Prep units contents for sale.
